Driver cited '¦ Alyse A. Davis, 22, of the 8000 block of Hammond Road, Cheltenham, was cited for a left-turn violation following a two-vehicle accident at 6:14 p.m. March 6 at Church and Paper Mill roads, according to Springfield police.
