Stone County, MO : One man dead after one-car crash near Blue Eye on Monday afternoon, Nov 2, 2015

A man from Texas was killed in a crash this afternoon in Stone County. The Southern Stone County Fire Protection District says it happened after 2 p.m. near Blue Eye, Missouri.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says Michael Jung from Texas died after the truck he was driving over-corrected after going off the road, hit an embankment and fence before overturning.

A passenger in the truck was taken to the hospital but is expected to survive. The driver's dog also survived.
