Iron Hill, DE : Multiple injuries in serious crash in Iron Hill on Friday, 22nd November, 2019

Delaware State Police are investigating a serious wreck Friday involving three vehicles on Welsh Tract and Otts Chapel roads.

According to Master Cpl. Michael Austin, a 2009 Honda Accord, which was being driven by a 53-year-old New Jersey man, was stopped on Otts Chapel Road, waiting to turn left on to Welsh Tract Road when a 2007 Dodge Caravan being driven by a 36-year-old Smyrna man rear-ended it.

A 59-year-old Maryland man was driving a 2008 Jeep Wrangler in the opposite direction, which was hit by either the Accord or the Caravan, Austin said. Police have not yet determined which car hit the Wrangler.
