WILMINGTON, NC : Vehicle, bicyclist collision sends one to hospital on Saturday, November 26th 2016

A vehicle and a bicyclist were involved in collision at University Drive and South College Road Saturday evening.
The call came in around 6:00 p.m.
According to Wilmington Police Department spokesperson Linda Rawley, the cyclist hit the front of the car when the light changed. Witnesses said the car had the green light.
EMS transported the bicyclist to New Hanover Regional Medical Center.
The conditions of the bicyclist are unknown at this time.
