LEXINGTON, SC : Foul play not suspected in case of Midlands doctor found dead near home on Wednesday, November 16th 2016

The Lexington County Coroner's Office does not suspect foul play in the sudden death of a doctor found unresponsive on Olde Farm Road late Wednesday afternoon.
Dr. Wayne Black, 68, of Lexington was found dead near his home in a wooded, watery area just after 2:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Black's autopsy is scheduled for Thursday.
Black was a longtime doctor in Lexington. Many of his former patients say he cared deeply about his work.
The investigation into his death continues.
