Lebanon ,PA :Ambulance stuck and crashed ditch along State Route 741 on Monday ,June 15th 2015

An ambulance became stuck in a ditch on State Route 741 west of Lebanon Monday afternoon, police said.

Police reported that a private ambulance was transporting a patient back to Otterbein Senior Lifestyle Choices around 4:30 p.m. when the driver pulled off the road because he suspected the vehicle had a flat tire.

After pulling over, the driver found that the ambulance had become stuck.

Otterbein Senior Lifestyle Choices sent their own transportation to pick up the patient.

The incident resulted in no injuries.
