Tulsa, OK : Ambulance wheels fall off, causing car crash on Tuesday, December 15, 2015

The driver side rear wheels came off an ambulance Tuesday, causing a car to crash.

A woman was driving behind the EMSA ambulance on a highway when the wheels came off. One of them hit the woman’s car, causing it to cross into the opposite lane and hit a light pole.

The ambulance wasn’t transporting a patient at the time and neither the paramedics on board nor the woman were injured.
