Walton County, FL : Driver killed in fiery I-10 wreck in Walton on Saturday, 4th April, 2020

One person was killed on Saturday when their vehicle left the road and ran into a tree in Walton County, authorities say.


The driver of a 2003 Chevy Trailblazer was headed west on Interstate 10 near Mile Marker 72 when it ran off the road and collided with a tree in the median, the Florida Highway Patrol said in a Sunday press release.


The Chevy caught fire after the collision.


Walton County sheriff’s deputies responded, as did the FHP.
