ROCKTON, IL : 1 person hospitalized in two vehicle crash in Rockton on Friday, 22nd February 2019

A two vehicle crash in Rockton Friday sent one person to the hospital.

According to the Rockton Fire Protection District, a car heading north on Wagon Wheel Road rear ended a semitrailer.

The driver of the car was transported by ambulance to a local hospital to be treated for what officials said are significant injuries. No passengers were in the vehicle.

The driver of the semitrailer was not injured.
