William Cooper, 22, died Thursday night Near Jacksonville Florida

A motorcyclist was killed in a crash late Thursday night off I-295 at Beach Boulevard.William Cooper, 22, was traveling northbound on I-295 at a high rate of speed around 10:30 p.m., according to the Florida Highway Patrol.Cooper lost control and hit a guardrail. He was ejected and died at the scene.Cooper was not wearing a helmet, according to the FHP report.
