Paintsville, KY : Jenna Hall, 21, killed, and one person injured in head-on car crash on KY route 40 in Paintsville on Tuesday, Aug 4, 2015

Kentucky State Police and the Pikeville Post are investigating a fatal accident that occurred just before noon Tuesday,

Officials say Jenna Hall, 21 years old of Paintsville, KY, was operating a 2012 Chevrolet Malibu on the roadway of KY route 40 in the Paintsville community. Hall’s vehicle crossed into the oncoming lane, colliding head-on with a 2014 Chrysler Town and Country minivan.

Hall was transported by EMS to Paul B Hall Medical center where she was pronounced deceased.

The operator of the minivan was airlifted to Pikeville Medical Center for injuries sustained in the crash.
