San Antonio, TX : Horrific collision east of Bexar County leaves two dead on Sunday, January, 21st 2018

Two trapped drivers died Sunday morning after an apparent head-on collision east of Bexar County, according to Bexar County Sheriff's Office.

County emergency personnel responded just after midnight, Sunday, to U.S. 90 and Texas 211 where they say two vehicles collided after one veered into oncoming traffic.

Events surrounding the wreck are still under investigation and officials have not given any details but according to deputies at the scene, both vehicles caught fire after colliding.

The drivers died in their vehicles according to deputies at the scene.
