A Goshen man was injured Tuesday in a three-vehicle crash amid snowy conditions in Goshen.
A car driven by Charles Beres, Goshen, was struck by another car on C.R. 17 as he was turning left onto Reith Boulevard around 10:30 a.m. The driver of the other car, Justin Evers, Elkhart, told Goshen police he tried to stop the red light, but the car slid into the intersection.
The crash caused Beres’ car to spin and strike a third vehicle at the intersection, according to a report from Goshen police.
Beres was taken to a local hospital to be treated for chest pain.
Evers and the driver of the third vehicle, Brandon Hall, Elkhart, were not injured.
