CHESAPEAKE, VA : Man dead after crashing into a utility pole in Chesapeake on Sunday, 19th May 2024

A driver died after hitting a utility pole in Chesapeake on Campostella Road, police said.

Chesapeake police responded to a single-vehicle crash near the 2000 block of Campostella Rd. around 7 p.m. Sunday.

Police say the driver veered off the road into a utility pole and then hit the back of a business near the corner of Campostella Road and Battlefield Boulevard.
