Evergreen, AL : Andra Carnell Mitchell, 32, dead after a head-on collision involving a motorcyclist and pickup truck in Conecuh County on Thursday, Oct 1, 2015

A head-on collision involving a motorcyclist and a 1997 Silverado C1500 pickup truck claimed the life of a Castleberry man, according to Alabama State Troopers. Andra Carnell Mitchell, 32, was pronounced dead on the scene shortly after 3:30 p.m.

Investigators say Mitchell's 2003 Kawasaki motorcycle collided with the pickup truck along Conecuh County Road 23, approximately three miles north of Castleberry.

State Troopers are continuing their investigation and said no additional information was immediately available.
