DARKE COUNTY, OH : 1 taken to the hospital after head-on crash on US 127 in Darke County on Wednesday, 18th August 2021

One person is in the hospital after a head-on crash on U.S. 127 in Darke County Wednesday morning, according to deputies.

The crash was reported around 6 a.m. on U.S. 127 and Hollansburg-Sampson Road, south of Greenville. The driver of a white Chevrolet Silverado tried to pass multiple vehicles in heavy fog moments before the crash, according to the Darke County Sheriff’s Office.
