Franklin,PA : Motorcycle crash leads to DUI on May,Friday 18th 2018

Franklin state police responded to a motorcycle crash at 12:40 a.m. Friday at 116 River Ave. in Emlenton Borough.

Police said they suspected that a 47-year-old Emlenton man, who was not named in the report, had been driving under the influence.
