Preston, CT :Norwich man struck and killed in Preston on Friday, July 3rd 2015

A Norwich man was stuck and killed in Preston early Friday morning.According to police, troopers were called out to the area of Route 2 and Halls Mill Road for the report of a crash involving a pedestrian. Police say 46 year old James Hubbard died as a result of his injuries.Troopers closed the road as the Accident Reconstruction Team is investigated the crash. The road was re-opened around 6 AM.
