LAS VEGAS, NV : Police seeking vehicle in hit-and-run crash that left pedestrian critically injured on Wednesday, 14th February 2024

Las Vegas police are seeking a vehicle that was involved in a hit-and-run crash that left one person with life-threatening injuries on Wednesday night.

According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the collision occurred around 9:33 p.m. on West Charleston Boulevard, east of South Decatur Boulevard. Evidence at the scene, witness statements, and video surveillance revealed that a “gray or silver SUV” traveling west on Charleston, while a pedestrian was crossing outside of a marked crosswalk.

The front of the SUV collided with the pedestrian, redirecting him into the intersection where he came to rest.

Arriving medical personnel transported the pedestrian to the University Medical Center’s Trauma Center with “life-threatening injuries,” according to police.
