Phoenix, AZ : Driver killed in a fatal crash into pole near Central and Indian School early Thursday morning, October 30, 2014

A driver was killed after hitting a pole near Central and Indian School early Thursday morning. Police believe the driver had a medical condition that caused him to crash into the pole. He reportedly did not appear to try to stop, but also did not appear to be speeding. The northbound lanes are shutdown and expected to remain closed throughout the morning.
