Los Angeles, CA : Car-pedestrian crash on Beethoven Street on Monday, 11th March 2019

Binghamton police are investigating a vehicle crash Monday on Beethoven Street that left two pedestrians injured.

The crash was investigated as suspected drugged-driving. Harpursville resident Kevin Wilcox, 33, was charged with a felony count of first-degree vehicular assault and a misdemeanor count of driving while ability impaired by drugs, Binghamton police said.

Police said the vehicle went off the road and struck two people, sending the victims to the hospital — their conditions and extent of injuries were not immediately available.

The crash happened around 3:30 p.m., by the Lincoln Avenue intersection.
