Middleboro man hurt in I-495 crash in Franklin

A Middleboro man has been taken by helicopter to the UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester following a three-car crash on Interstate 495 in Franklin. The 27-year-old, who was initially trapped in his vehicle with serious injuries, was transported by LifeFlight helicopter following the 10:30 a.m. crash on the southbound side of the highway.
