Clermont County, OH : Two people died and another person injured in a crash on Ohio 756 in Washington Township on Friday morning, June 26, 2015

Two people have died and one person was flown to the hospital after a crash that closed State Route 756 in Clermont County on Friday morning.

Officials from the Ohio State Highway Patrol said the two-vehicle crash was reported just after 6 a.m. and State Route 756 was closed near Fruit Ridge Road shortly after.

Two people died in the accident and one was flown to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center with serious injuries, officials said. Officials were not immediately sure of what caused the crash on the two-lane road.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
