Despite that, the driver of the rig, Michael Elkins, 61, of Mr. Vernon, sustained only minor injuries for which he was treated at the Genesis facility in New Concord. The driver of an involved car, Travis Miller, 32, of Louisville, was uninjured.
Miller was cited for failure to control.

The semi-tractor trailer then went off roadway and over the high wall, overturning in the process and spilling the custom motorcycles.
The collective value of the damaged motorcycles was estimated to be between $600,000 and $1 million.
