Police say three people, including a 2-year-old child, were hospitalized after a fiery, single-car crash in western Pennsylvania.

Police say Allen Best, of Clarion, was driving south on Route 28/66 in Rayburn when he lost control of his car at around 5:15 a.m. Sunday.

The car started spinning, veered over an embankment, hit a fence and rolled over before catching fire.

The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review reports that the three were able to escape the wrecked car before it burst into flames.

Police say Angel Marsteller, a passenger in the car, suffered a moderate injury and was taken to a Pittsburgh hospital. A 2-year-old girl was not believed to be injured, but was hospitalized as a precaution.

Best was also hospitalized with minor injuries.
