Spartanburg,SC : Driver killed in crash on I-85S in Spartanburg Co. ID’d on February, Wednesday 7th 2018

The driver in a deadly crash on Interstate 85 in Spartanburg County was identified Wednesday night.
Troopers say the crash happened at mile marker 60 on I-85 southbound just before noon.
Highway Patrol says a Jeep ran off of the right side of the road and hit a sign before striking a tree.
The driver of the Jeep was identified as Talon Kade Gambrell, 27, of Piedmont.
Gambrell was reportedly not wearing a seat belt and was trapped in the car.
He later died at the scene.
According to the Spartanburg Coroner’s Office, Gambrell was a nurse at Bon Secours St. Francis hospital.
The crash is being investigated by South Carolina Highway Patrol.
