Burke, VA : Woman Dead, three people injured After Three-Car Crash in the Burke area on Sunday evening, March 29, 2015

A woman is dead and three people are injured after a vehicle accident involving three cars in Burke, Va. Sunday evening, police said.

The accident happened around 5:53 p.m. along Lee Chapel Road and Fairfax County Parkway, Fairfax County Police said. One woman was pronounced dead at the scene, authorities added. The other three were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The investigation is still ongoing.
