Delaware County, OH : Knox County woman killed in multivehicle crash on Thursday January 14 2016.

The woman killed on Thursday afternoon in Delaware County in a multivehicle crash involving a dump truck was a Knox County resident.
According to the State Highway Patrol, Suzanne R. Baird, 62, of Fredericktown, was westbound on Rt. 36 just before 5?p.m. and attempting to turn south onto Condit Road in Trenton Township when she failed to yield to an oncoming dump truck.
The impact caused two vehicles behind Baird’s to crash into the debris and the dump truck to veer off the road and into three parked cars at Northstar Automotive.
Baird died at the scene. The other motorists, including the truck driver, Nathan C. Shellenbarger, 57, of Mount Vernon, were not seriously hurt.
