Tuscaloosa, AL : 58-year-old woman dead after hit-and-run in Tuscaloosa on Thursday, 13th June 2024

A 58-year-old woman is dead after a hit-and-run in Tuscaloosa Thursday night.

According to the Tuscaloosa Police Department, the woman, later identified as Patricia Ann Brooks, was found in the roadway on Englewood Village Drive at approximately 9:30 p.m. on June 13, 2024.

Police said Brooks was a short walking distance from her home. Family members told police the woman has a medical condition that could have caused her to collapse while she was walking, before she was hit by the vehicle.
