Two children were in the back seat of a car that was involved in a crash Sunday afternoon in Shaftsbury, police said A 7-year-old suffered a bump on the forehead, and a 4-year-old was not injured when two cars collided at the intersection of Hawks Avenue and Banks Street around 12:40 p.m., according to state police. A 2011 Kia Soul driven by Laura Colvin, 32, of White Creek, New York, collided with a 2007 Toyota Camry driven by 74-year-old Jane Burkhardt of North Bennington. Neither driver was injured.
