Mount Clemens, MI : Victim of rollover crash on I-94 in Harrison Township identified on Sunday, October, 29th 2017

Police on Monday identified the 60-year-old motorist who died Sunday in a crash on Interstate 94 in Harrison Township as Brian Pruehs of Clinton Township.

Macomb County Sheriff’s officials said Pruehs was heading east on the freeway near Metropolitan Parkway exit when he apparently lost control of the 2003 Ford Escape he was driving.

Witnesses reported the Escape was driven erratically just prior to the crash, with the driver crossing several lanes of traffic and attempting to exit I-94 at Metropolitan Parkway when he lost control of the vehicle and crashed. Pruehs, who was traveling alone, was ejected from the vehicle. He died at the scene, police and Harrison Township fire officials said.

Investigators have not determined yet whether Pruehs was driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
