Sturgis,SD: Ohio Man died after a motorcycle crash on Saturday afternoon August 1st 2015.

The South Dakota Highway Patrol says an Ohio man has died after a motorcycle crash south of Sturgis.

The Highway Patrol says 65-year-old William Carter of Seville was driving a Harley Davidson motorcycle Saturday afternoon when it left the road while going through a curve. The agency says he died at Sturgis Regional Hospital.

According to the Highway Patrol, Carter wasn't wearing a helmet, and alcohol isn't believed to be a factor.

The agency identified a man killed in a separate motorcycle crash Friday night near Lead as 45-year-old Gregory Bullard of Fort Collins, Colorado.
