Jacksonville, FL : One killed nd two others were injured in an early morning crash at Indigo Avenue in Middleburg On Monday, June 27th, 2016

Vance Reddy Edwards was ejected from the spinning Ford Explorer and pronounced dead at the scene, the Highway Patrol said.

The 1999 Ford Explorer was traveling south on Indigo Avenue near Wheat Court when Edwards lost control, slid onto the east shoulder, then spun and overturned. The driver and 24-year-old passenger Nicholas Roberts, who

were not wearing seat belts, were ejected, according to the Highway Patrol said. The Explorer came to a stop on its left side.

Roberts and another passenger were transported to Orange Park Medical Center with serious injuries, while the remaining passenger was treated at the scene for minor injuries, the Highway Patrol said.
