Charleston, IL : 16-year-old dies in accident on Friday September 2 2016

A Flat Rock girl died in a one-car accident at 12:37 a.m. Friday on 2275 E County Road 900N, also known as Timothy Hill Road.

A passenger in the vehicle, Carrington Wesner, 16, died as a result of injuries sustained in an vehicle accident where the driver, Shelby Sparling, 23, of Yale, lost control of the vehicle on the road, Cumberland County Coroner Chuck Layton said.
