Durham , NH : Man accused of causing a crash that killed a retired judge when he crossed the center line and slammed into Bruce Larson's car on Tuesday , January 13th 2015

A man accused of causing a crash that killed a retired judge has been found guilty of aggravated driving while intoxicated, but not guilty of alcohol negligent homicide

Prosecutors said Ryan Marchant was driving on Route 4 in Durham last February when he crossed the center line and slammed into Bruce Larson's car, killing him.

The jury was hung on a charge of class B negligent homicide, and prosecutors could re-try him on that charge in the future.
