Billings, MT : A female pedestrian was hit by a woman driving a Jeep SUV on Saturday, July 22, 2017
A female pedestrian was hit by a woman driving a Jeep SUV Saturday morning in Billings.
Billings police and first-responders were called to the intersection of Main Street and Lake Elmo Drive at 11:35 a.m., BPD Officer Chad Wildin said.
He identified both women as Billings residents, but didn't have an age for either. The pedestrian was walking westbound in the crosswalk when the Jeep, which was turning north onto Main Street from Lake Elmo Drive struck her.
The injured pedestrian was taken with what appeared to be non-life-threatening injuries to a Billings hospital, Wildin said. The collision remains under investigation.
