TORRINGTON, CT : 2 crashes later, Goshen man arrested in Torrington on Sunday, 29th December, 2019

State police say John Patrick Orsini of Goshen didn’t stop after crashing into a parked car along Benton Road in Morris Sunday afternoon. Orsini, whose license was suspended for reasons that aren’t evident in a records check, took off southbound after striking the unoccupied car, pushing it into a nearby porch at around 2:45 p.m.
