SYRACUSE, NY : After pedestrian dies in hit-and-run accident, Syracuse police release safety tips on Tuesday, January, 9th 2018

After a woman walking in the northbound lane of North Franklin Street died in a hit-and-run accident Tuesday morning, the Syracuse Police Department released safety tips for pedestrians.

The accident happened under the Interstate 690 bridge near Webster's Landing.
