A semitruck and police patrol car collided Wednesday morning in St. Cloud, police said.The vehicles crashed at 13th and Michigan streets at about 11:30 a.m.According to police, the officer was not at fault. Josh Waldon said he was getting his hair cut nearby when the crash happened. "He could not stop fast enough. Cop hit his lights," Waldon said. "I heard a sputter then 'bang.'" St. Cloud police said their officer was not seriously injured, but Waldon said it was clear the officer hit his head during the impact.
