Plymouth, MN: 5-Vehicle Crash Closes Part of I-494 Near Plymouth on Friday, July 17th 2015

A five-vehicle crash closed Interstate 494 northbound near Plymouth for almost two hours Friday morning.The crash happened after 9 a.m. in a work zone near Minnesota Highway 55.The southbound lane was reduced to one lane while crews removed a barrier that got pushed into the lane.Traffic was going around by using the ramps on Highway 55. The roadway had been reduced to one lane northbound and two lanes southbound between Maple Grove and Plymouth because of the construction work.
No one was injured.
