Milwaukee,WI : Man killed in wrong-way crash on December, Sunday 3rd 2017

A wrong-way car crash on Milwaukee's south side Sunday morning left one person dead and two others hospitalized.

It happened around 6 a.m. at the intersection of 27th Street and Cleveland Avenue.

Milwaukee police say a 21-year-old man was northbound in the southbound lanes of 27th St. and crashed into another vehicle, killing a 27-year-old man and injuring a 37-year-old man.

The driver of the wrong-way vehicle survived and is being treated for serious injuries at a local hospital, according to police.

The crash is under investigation.
