Morristown, TN : The Tennessee Highway Patrol Released the final report in the one-vehicle crash on April, Thursday 13th 2017
Thursday afternoon released the final report in the one-vehicle crash that claimed the life of Hamblen County resident James M. “Mike” Bucca.
Bucca crashed on Three Springs Road on April. He died Monday at the University of Tennessee Medical Center, according to Trooper Michael Bales.
The fatal crash occurred at 12:35 p.m. in a bend in Three Springs Road near the intersection of Fall Creek Road. Bucca was westbound when his Toyota pickup left the right side of the roadway and collided with a tree, according to Bales.
Bucca was unrestrained. Bales reported he believes a seat belt could have saved Bucca’s life. Bucca was the lone occupant of the pickup.
