Yonkers, NY : Man arrested in fatal hit-and-run crash on the Saw Mill River Parkway early Monday, September 5, 2016

A 19-year-old man has been arrested in a hit-and-run crash in Yonkers that killed an 18-year-old man.

Police say Junior Silverio-Ventura, of Yonkers, was arrested on a charge of leaving the scene of a fatal motor vehicle accident.

Police say Zachary Dunn, of Yonkers, was killed early Monday when his broken-down car was rear-ended by an Acura TSX on the Saw Mill River Parkway. His passenger suffered non-life threatening injuries.

Police say Silverio-Ventura was driving the Acura. They say he got out of the car and fled the scene in another car.

Information on his lawyer was not immediately available.
