Panama City,FL : Child seriously injured in Halloween accident on October, Tuesday 31th 2017

A child was badly injured Tuesday night during Trick or Treating hours in northern Bay County after apparently falling out of a vehicle.
Authorities responded to a “vehicle versus pedestrian” on White Oaks Boulevard near State 77 shortly after dark and found the injured child, according to authorities. Authorities said the child apparently fell out of a truck and was struck by a trailer it was pulling
