Pittsburgh, PA : West Chester teen killed in Pennsylvania crash on Saturday morning, July 16, 2016
A West Chester Township teen was struck and killed Saturday morning after he stopped and got out of his car along a Pennsylvania freeway.
WCPO media partner the Journal-News reports Osman Mohammad Bakali, 19, was driving west on Interstate 70 in Charleroi, south of Pittsburgh.
