JOHNS ISLAND, SC : One dead after multi-vehicle crash on Main Road on Thursday, March 23rd 2017

Charleston County deputies are investigating a four-vehicle crash on Johns Island.
Shortly before 11:00 a.m., deputies responded to Savannah Highway and Main Road to investigate a three-car accident with reported injuries, and possible entrapment.
Charleston County Emergency Medical Services also responded and transported all patients to the Medical University of South Carolina, where one patient died from injuries sustained in the accident, according to Major Watson with the Sheriff's Office.
The circumstances surrounding this accident is under investigation by the Charleston County Sheriff’s Office.
