Anderson,SC : 3 injured in two separate crashes on I-85NB at MM37 on January, Saturday 20th 2018

Three people were taken to the hospital after two separate crashes at the same mile marker on Interstate 85.

Highway Patrol tells us it happened just after 11 Saturday night near mile marker 37.

Five cars were involved. Troopers say it started as a two car wreck. One car hit another after a car slowed down for traffic. A third car was off on the shoulder, when two other cars crashed. One car then continued off the road, hitting the car on the shoulder.

Our crew on the scene said three people were taken to the hospital for non life-threatening injuries.

Highway Patrol says two of the drivers were charged with driving too fast for conditions.
