A 21-year-old man is charged after crashing into tractor trailer truck on I-40 in Winston-Salem Thursday, troopers say.
All lanes of I-40 East between Stratford Road and Hanes Mall Boulevard were shut down for an extended period after the crash that involved a tractor trailer and two cars.
