WORCESTER, MA : One person hurt in 2-vehicle crash at Webster Square on Thursday, 10th November 2016
One person was injured in a two-vehicle crash near Curtis Parkway and Stafford Street Thursday night.
Police said one person was taken by ambulance to a local hospital, but they did not yet have information on what caused the crash, which occurred around 7 p.m. The department Crash Reconstruction Unit was investigating.
A small sport-utility vehicle at the intersection appeared to have heavy driver's side damage. A small sedan ended up against the rear of a building in the Webster Square Plaza a short distance away. A traffic signal or light pole appeared to have been ripped up near the corner.
Motorists were detoured around the area while police investigated.
