Jacksonville, FL: Three people were taken to hospitals Friday in non-life-threatening condition after a crash in Jacksonville between a Honda CRV and an unmarked police car. A 19-year-old woman was southbound in the Honda on Florida 23 when she tried to turn into the eastbound lanes of 103rd Street about 1:50 p.m., said Sgt. Donald Washington. Two detectives with the Sheriff's Office were northbound on Florida 23 on their way back to the downtown police station when the two vehicles collided, Washington said. Detective Mark Gupton was driving the unmarked car with detective Karen Dukes. Both drivers told authorities they had a green light so that's still under investigation, Washington said.
